Whenever I try to control Minecraft with an external tool instead of the mouse, like Chrome Remote Desktop (remote access) or TinyTask (macros for mouse and keyboard), Minecraft behaves weirdly. Sometimes when I move the cursor sideways, the FOV turns completely up or down and spins around multiple times. Other movements also seem pretty random. Aiming at sometimes with one of these programs is almost impossible.

That's a shame. It would be nice to have the additional possibility.
Is it possible to somehow mark this as a low priority bug?
Yeah, this needs to be reopened. The movements are much worse on 1.20.4 (Probably other versions, I didn't check.)
It seems to be completely invisible on the new Mojira website, but this was resolved as a duplicate of MC-126875. The issue seems to be that these tools don’t expect the mouse to be moved back to the center of the screen, so when you move e.g. to the top and then to the right, then that second mouse movement will move it to the top right, so in total you end up moving north-north-east. It’s like the integral of all previous inputs.
Minecraft is meant to be played with a keyboard and mouse, any external tools are not supported.
