Spectators adhere to flight based water physics

(not sure if this works as intended or not, but there is no harm in reporting it)

if you are in spectator mode, and you hold the fly up key (space) as well as the crouch key (left shift) and then fly into the bottom of a water pool, you will float to the top as if in creative flight doing the same.
