Splash potions are broken any splash potion thrown is only a splash water potion

Any Splash potion I throw turns into a splash water potion

I was testing a mob farm and threw a splash potion of damage and it only threw a water. I tested to make sure it wasn't a visual glitch by trying speed strength and poison all of which had the same effect.
I have tested this in multiple worlds.

To re-create all you have to do is go into a world and throw a splash potion of your choice.
