Chest (and commandblock) render glitch

Chest becomes see-though sometimes and commandblock behind glows.

Not constant, sometimes it is there, some times it isnt.
The chest is locked(with unicode characters, not just plain text).
Coordinates of chest are 99951 84 100013.
The screenshots are taken facing south west.
