I have recently been playing on a Minecraft server with some people, and just today have found a bug by accident. While searching the jungle for suitable house locations, I stumbled upon a rather interesting bug. I climbed a jungle tree got the the highest point of vines, held shift and kept holding W in the direction of the tree as to not fall. My intention was to get a steady vantage point but when I released shift I was climbing into the lowest leaf block. I held shift again, and I went one block higher because the base of my character was still in the vine. I have recreated this with ladders, using the same shift method, and the levitation effect while holding shift under a block and releasing. I alerted the players on the server and showed them. They were able to recreate the bug themselves, which leads me to believe it is possible on different PC's. I hope you can fix this bug, as it is fun, but annoying at times. Thanks for your cooperation _FireStorm

Which game mode ?

Survival mosw

Mode

I see that my post is almost a duplicate of someone's, but mine is more detailed. Should I comment on his thread instead?

What's the other ticket ?

It's under 'relates to' now it's crossed out.

MC-90594 was resolved as "Working as Intended" (because of Creative Mode), but this ticket is about survival mode.

@unknown the thing is, if this one is fixed (survival mode) then it is most likely also fixed for creative
I should add that it is, to my knowledge, capable with all blocked. Though leaves and others don't damage the player, or push the player from the block.
