Went into gamemode 3 to explore a new seed for choice and noticed some very odd behaviour with mob spawns, clusters of creepers and only creepers kept spawning in caves. Seed -6430051477435193879

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
