When using give command with specific ids (ex. command_block 1 2) the Command Block texture is missing texture in inventory

Just like the name states. When i did /give @p minecraft:command_block 1 2, the texture failed to show, but when I placed one down, the texture showed for the placed block, bu still missing texture in my invenory.

minecraft:command_block 1 is an non-existing block.

If it isnt a block, but I can place it, shouldnt it still have texture, or not allow me to get it?

A command block may have a data value of 1 when placed in the world but not as item.
