Crash when placing last block (Item) from inventory.

Game crashing everytime I place last block from inventory. First time noticed when was placing some sugar cane in survival singleplayer, last placed sugar cane from hot bar crashed game, tried same in new world, started in creative, added myself one grass block, then set gamemode to survival and placed this block, game crashed. I attached both crash reports. Started happening in 15w49a.
