[MC-93840] New /playsounds have no sound

Pay attention to the snapshot number. The new sounds don't play at all, neither naturally or forcibly (aka "using commands").

No, I mean I used the new sound names. this is 15w49a. new sounds were added but have no sound.

They're not done yet. Sounds can be added after release without updating the game, sound events can't.
