[MC-9444] Upward dispensers with mob eggs spawn them in the dispenser block

When you try and spawn an mob with a dispenser that is facing upward and flush with the ground, the mob spawns inside the dispenser block. Mobs with a 1 high hitbox will also suffocate and die because of this.

I have tried it with Fireworks (when they are fired are transformed into mobs) and does not do that. I've tried also with mobs, and it also happens to me.
