Creative flying mode sneaking bug

While flying in creative mode its possible to glitch in the block and even easily got trough it while trying to sneak due to the height change of the player.
To put this in normal words:
-got any block above you
-hold sneak while holding fly button(ekg. space)
-release the sneak
-you will get in the block
