Collecting Tipped Arrows gives you a regular arrow back

Cannot reproduce. Which arrow exactly and how long are you waiting before picking it up?

The first Tipped Arrow you see in the creative inventory. I do not have a time limit, but no matter how long you wait, it is still the same. I've updated the description with a video showing it.

Oh, that one. It has no effects so it turns into a normal arrow.
