When I was messing around with enchantments, and the ice from the frost walker doesn't keep up with me when I start jump running. As soon as I start, the ice launches me and the ice stays behind me.

I do not what you are talking about. Are you saying that the frost walker enchantment isn't keeping up with your jump running? At least for my test, for running is OK, but maybe not for plus jumping. Either way, this is not a bug, and rather a submission. Work as Intended.
