Recent Bugs in latest snapshot.

**THIS IS JUST A BUG REPORT

With the most recent snapshot, I've noticed a lot of world-tearing and single player lag.
The computers I've run it on are both perfectly fine, and are capable of running the latest official version 1.8.9 without any issues, but for this snapshot specifically there's an issue with world-tearing and extreme lag.
This being said, with the attached screenshots, you'll notice that the world tears and fails to load in until I've entered the region/chunk, and actually hesitates to load in immediately.
Also, to note, that when drinking a potion, eating something or something that would take an "eating" animation, it lags behind and takes about 5-10 seconds to complete.

I hope this bug report helps, because the game is nearly-impossible to actually play. It's still possible, but to eat and to venture it's quite the task.
