The absorption hearts will show empty hearts instead of wither hearts when having wither effect.

possibly intended as absorbsion uses diffrent heart textures in general, it also seems to be defined in the textures like this (same heart texture (no heart without effect) appears 3 diffrent times (from which 1 is hardcore))
