Debug pie and FPS chart doesn't show if you do F3+Alt or F3+Shift

Cannot Reproduce

If you do F3+Alt the FPS chart will not show.
The same issue is if you do F3+Shift but by the debug pie.
However, all the things on the F3+Q key binding list work.

Cannot reproduce either. Note that you need to ALT + F3, and SHIFT + F3 not vice versa as you mentioned.
