Asterisk ("*") not working for achievement command anymore

Probably caused by MC-80826

The bug

When you use the wildcard ("*") character for the /achievement command it prints an error message.

[Server thread/WARN]: Couldn't process command: 'achievement give *'
[Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] An unknown error occurred while attempting to perform this command

16w03a is the first affected version, 16w02a was not affected.
