[MC-95908] Command blocks got really laggy again

It is just that command blocks got laggy again. If I turn them of, its not laggy anymore. In the previous snapshot 16w02a that wasnt the case. Now its like in the 1.8 Versions again. And yes, I count this as a bug, because I did not change anything and its just with this new snapshot.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.

That lag is fixed again. Not that command blocks are running smooth, no, running many of them is still heavily slowing down the Minecraft ingame ticks, but that's another story and was there since I know command blocks got added to the game. So I guess you can mark this bug report as solved.
