[MC-96299] Chest can't be opend when a cat sits on top of them

Chest can't be opend when a tamed ocelot is sitting on top of the chest.
Tamed wolfs sitting on top of chest dont block the chest

AND when cat walk over a chest they sit down

Further It is very buggy in the area around the chest

Although it may be true that it works as intended. I found it very strange that within seconds of posting the bugreport is it marked as intended. Wait at least a few minutes so people think it is really looked at!!

It was very strange for me that there was a big difference between shapshot 16w03a and the current one in chestopening, that it look as a bug for me
