Cannot Reproduce

Can't spawn Wither boss using 3 wither skulls and soul sand in T shape on easy difficulty. Simply nothing happens.

Could not reproduce. Ensure the skulls are placed last and you are not in peaceful.

Also make sure the area surrounding the structure is clear of snow and plants.
