So I was walking around and it was raining. Then all of a sudden the ground turned transparent and I could see through to a nearby cave. See the attached screenshot for system details.

Strange graphics card driver version. Latest from Intel is 15.xx.xx.xx , a version 20.xx.xx.xx was never released.
