Clickable URL's / Commands offset by 1 in chat bar.

The "clickable" area for hotlinks or command shortcuts presented via ingame text are off by 1 line.

Expected Behavior: When hovering over a clickable URL with the mouse cursor, you would expect to see
Actual Behavior: When you hover over with mouse, the zone is not clickable.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create any clickable URL or clickable command in Minecraft text, or play an adventure map with a clickable link.

OR

Use following command in command block.

/tellraw @a {"text":"EXAMPLE","clickEvent":{"action":"open_url","value":"http://www.youtube.com"}}
