[MC-96649] Chest sound are messed up in new MC snapshot

When you open any chest in 16w05b, you have a big chance to hear the opening sound lower-pitched and normal at the same time.
That lower-pitched sound shouldn't be there of course.
This is only for 16w05b, not 16w05a.
The same thing happens when you close the chest.

Just do /playsound minecraft:block.chest.open master @p and you'll hear it happening again.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
