NoAI's "NoGravity" not working with 16w06a

/summon Pig -11 60 -6 {NoAI:1,Invulnerable:1,CustomName:Title,PersistenceRequired:1b,Silent:1}

This command does not seem to have "no-gravity" working, I want the pigs to be flying, not falling to the ground. They are susceptible to levitation effects as well.
