[MC-97115] Structure Blocks are useless

Im disappointed that Structure Blocks are useless. we need a use

@@unknown Please note the date on when this was posted and closed. Structure blocks were expanded upon in the first 1.10 snapshot released today.

@Skylinerw Oops, didn't look at the date, I assumed that it was from today because a bug report of something before it's released would be completely useless xP Thanks.
