[MC-97254] chicken bug in minecart starting to move

Chicken became no ai when minecart starts moving it just stayed there. when I took a screenshot the chicken disappeared and ended up back in the minecart

Please do not create duplications about one issue.You should add version number to the Affects Versions of MC-97253.

its different issue the other one i resolved it by using the latest snapshot
