Sword not reloading when you spam click

When I spam click without waiting for it to load, then when I stop swinging then let it load, it is like 1.8 where I can spam click and it doesn't go down first like it is spost to. I don't know if it still does less damage and just doesn't show it loading or if it does 1.8 spam click damage. It is kind of hard to explain. Sorry.

EDIT: You have to spam click then stop then let it load like you are supost to do in 1.9 then keep doing that about 4 times then spam click and it will become like normal 1.8 PVP like I said.
