Minecraft credits screen gives a black screen / Flickers and plays the credits music multiple times.

When I entered the end portal in the end after the dragon fight,
the screen went black and sometimes you saw a flickering dirt background screen. (As the screenshot indicates.)

Also the Credits Music is playing multipletimes at once, and after pressing Esc, keeps playing after pressing Esc agian and turn off the sounds it keeps playing the music.
