[MC-97474] Command block can`t find player

Command block can`t find player

What I expected to happen was...:
I wrote /tellraw @a{Tell:"..."} and then it said This player can not be found then I tried it again but then instead of @a I wrote my username it still doesn`t work

Might relate to MC-89361, however no duplicate as MC-89361 does not happen when using user names
