[MC-975] Eating While Planting Crops

1. I began carrots on farmland and while I was planting them, I also began eating them
2. I did not slow down while eating/planting
3. I did in fact consume said carrots in the process so no duplication was performed

Confirmed.

Steps to reproduce:

Player must be hungry (Hungerbar not completely full)
hold some carrots in your hand
place one carrot on a block farmland
either hold down the right mouse button while pointing to the yet-planted-farmland
--> Carrot will be eaten

Got to add that the carrots/potatoes will be consumed, but don't refill your hunger.

Reconfirmed, updated description.

But unsure if this a valid bug or working as intended:
When right clicking with carrots on farmland, the carrots will be planted
When right clicking with carrots on planted carrots, the carrots will be eaten
