While I was exploring the End for the new dungeon I found the weird spawn shown in the picture.
What I expected to happen was to find a normal End dungeon.
What actually happened was I found these weird random walls with a main structure piece.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Defeat the Ender Dragon.
2. Throw an ender pearl in the special end portal that leads to the other islands
3. Fly/teleport around 500 blocks on the X or Z coordinates.

I don't think so, since it isn't on multiplayer.

I would suspect that the underlying issue is that end structures don't fully generate when only some of the containing chunks are loaded. This would affect single player, as well, if the player died or simply moved away from a partially generated structure.
