[MC-97789] Basically, it's an issue with vine/ladder and block placement.

Hi there, I have video footage of a bug in Minecraft 1.9 Prerelease 2.
It basically shows vines look like they're being placed twice.

Please describe the bug and exaxt steps to reproduce.

Steps to recreate:
1. Go in to creative.
2. Get any placeable block and a vine or ladder.
3. Press F on the placeable block and go somewhere to build.
4. Right click in F5 and you'll see when you place the placeable block, the vine animation is played instead.
