I was on a harcore game at nether. I got burning by a blaze and, with 2 hearts of damage, take portal to overworld. BUM! Instant death by suffocating in a wall.

by the way, there was stone slabs around nether portal like this:

slab down/slab up/obsidian/slab up/slab down

maybe I "born" inside that slab up?
