Missing Chest Models

Both Chests and Trapped Chests are invisible. No matter what resource pack is activated, They remain invisible. This accounts for the Minecart with Chest, but only the Minecart is visible. The Chests still operate like normal but the models are missing.

Placed Chest, Trapped Chest and Minecart Chest. All were fully visible.
