Its an issue with the bow not working properly

So what the problem is that when you toggle perspective to look at your self you aim anywhere but no matter where your bow points own in toggle perspective(with all arrows and in left hand its fine with the right hand) it will look as if it is pointing to the floor but it will still shoot forwards.
