Dropped Items are shown as stone [Multiplayer]

Upon dropping items, they were displayed as if they were stone.
Created a f3-c crash file in an attempt to pin down the bug.

Running two instances of minecraft with different account, connecting to a local server (127.0.0.1), see screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
Haven't been able to again, yet.

I believe this is a duplicate of MC-93454
