Bows placed in the off-hand are not lifted in third person mode, or by other players.

When a bow is in the main-hand and pulled, the player's arms move to make it look like the player is pulling back on the bow (that's normal). When a bow is in the off-hand and pulled, the arms do not move, and it appears like you're shooting at the ground, but the arrow appears to be coming out of your chest. (that's the bug)
