Chunks loaded in the incorrect position when logging into the game.
What I expected to happen was...:
Normal minecraft experience.
What actually happened was...:
two chunks were swapped and an extra one was moved elsewhere.
Steps to Reproduce:
I switched the version from 1.9.pre3 to 1.9.pre4 and relogged into my minecraft world.
