[MC-9816] Attack/Mine does not continue when button/key is help down.

When I try to mine or attack by holding down the mouse button, it would do the action once as if only pressed once. I remapped the key for it to a keyboard key as well as mouse button 2, both with the same problem. Cannot reproduce as I do not know what caused it. It worked, then didn't. Thanks for your help.

I found how to reproduce the problem. Create a survival game with cheats
enabled, use the command /gamemode 1 (creative), and then /gamemode 2 (back
to survival). Then try to mine something
