end portals not working

an end portal to work

1. get the stuff to make a portal
2. put the eyes of ender in the frame

You haven't placed the End Portals correctly. The Portals on each side should be looking inside the circle. Also, make sure you first place the End Portals correctly and then add the Eyes of Ender.
