Piston duplicate/ Ghost blocks

The pistons get an impuls, extend and then unextend, leaving the extended block. Maybe its due to too many pistons and extreme lag. In the picture below you can see a mobfarm in which this bug occurs. After I relog all blocks which were too much are gone and it begins all over again. It seem to happen when you are enough far away from the updating blocks.
