[MC-98733] 1.9 Chunks Loading

Chunks are loading very weirdly. It lags so much when I load a new chunk, and I have to do F3+A every minute to reload a chunk.

Please fix this chunk problem!

Whenever I turn my back on a chunk, the chunk disappears. The blocks are technically there (hit boxes), but they are not actually visible. Eventually it will go down to one chunk if I turn quick. I have to now have some kind of vision towards chunks I need.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
