Chunks Spawning In Wrong Locations

I was playing on Pre 1.9 (1-4) for about a week but when I logged in to 1.9 today for the second time and opened my world the chunks had loaded wrong (Pictures enclosed) I have since relaunched Minecraft a few times but the chunks remain messed up even if I relaunch in Pre 1.9 again. The world seed is 65112893.
