Minecraft 1.9 Server very unstable

I actually already thought that the servers are done yet because i had to type the Download URL manually (to get the original from the Amazon-Webstorage).

Everytime i start the server i can play for ~2-5 Minutes until the server TRIES to stop and crashes while doing that (Is there an Automatic Stop function?). The latest crash report is attached.

Forgot to mention that all the original servers before 1.9 worked just as planned.
