When walking from a grass path onto a farmland block, you go from the height of the grass path to the height of a full block. However, since the farmland appears to be 15/16 of a block, the farmland is actually higher than it appears to be. The hitbox is the same on the farmland as on the grass path so I believe that this is a bug needing to be fixed.
