Easy to replicate in different ways. Textures look inverted, turned, sideways or upside down.

Hmm having a hard time seeing it in these screenshots.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt
) here.

Most of them are close to my cursor. The last one, right next to cursor actually looks upside down!

Is there perhaps an invisible spider nearby? (MC-79697)

Don't think so. I managed to get a closer shot. It's far easier to get to happen further away. It can be fixed by simply changing view angle then broken again by changing view angle.
Small update to driver v362.0 but no change.

Fixed by changing the view angle
It may be you get the spider out of view then, check anyways, use
/kill @e[type=Spider]
if that fixes it, it's the same issue

No joy. Maybe not that distant... never wanted to get that close.

Please see if any entities are causing this - /kill all non-creepers and see if it still happens. Make sure to keep backups.

Looks fixed. No /kill command used either.

Might be MC-98888, please make sure that no powered creepers are rendered

Please do not resolve this as duplicate if we do not know what exactly caused this

@unknown they are the same base problem, incorrect rendering of mobs under certain conditions, if MC-79697 is fixed then this issue is very, very likely fixed as well

This finally makes sense. There WAS a charged creeper under the glass. Accidentally killed it with a command then left. Then on return later it appeared to be fixed.
