[MC-99028] Flying Not Enabled When Getting on Horse

Occasionally, when I get on a horse in a vanilla server and it kicks me off the server saying "Flying not enabled"

What I expected to happen was...:
I could ride the horse

What actually happened was...:
I got kicked off the server saying flying wasn't enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get on a horse

I've been able to reproduce this consistently in a multiplayer server running Minecraft 1.9.1-pre3 by jumping immediately before mounting a rideable entity (Only tested on horses/boats/minecarts).

I second Michael Bowser - This consistently happens when I sprint jump before getting on my horse; in the console it spams "Horse moved wrongly".
