In multiplayer screen holding shift and pressing "down" without selecting any server crashes the game

This bug will crash your Minecraft. I only experienced this big on the multiplayer screen by me Witheringtrout4. To trigger bug follow instructions:

1.Go to multiplayer screen.

2.Hold down left shift.

3.Rapidly tap the down button.

4.Your screen WILL freeze.

5.You will get a message saying Minecraft has crashed.
