Command Block GUI Text at Wrong Height

Confirmed, while I could not get it to overlap exactly, the placement of the text 'Set Console Command for Block' was either too high, too low or completely out of screen depending on if I was using fullscreen or not and what my GUI Scale was set at.

Unfortunately a duplicate of MC-1903, which I did not notice until just now.
