[MC-99390] Wolf's being hostile to its own passengers

/summon Wolf ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:Chicken,PersistenceRequired:0b,CanPickUpLoot:0b,Age:-6000}]}

Type this then the wolf spawn and become hostile. After the chicken suffocated, the wolf turned back to passive.

Cannot reproduce in 16w42a.
